Björkenäs Mathantverk makes its award-winning Eldosten cheese using milk from Slättna Gård in Eksjö. We then pan-fry it in butter until golden brown and serve it with spring greens and leaves, peppery radishes, and thinly sliced asparagus. We top it off with a butter sauce enhanced with vibrant wild garlic oil.
