All for the Team begins by challenging the collective memory, where the team must work together to memorize objects and their details from a memory board that they only have a few seconds to look at. The better you can cooperate and take advantage of each other's strengths in the initial phase, the more benefits you can enjoy in the upcoming multi-event competition. Here, the teams compete in a series of sub-events where trust, clear communication, and teamwork are the keys to success. For each win, the team is awarded an advantage for the final stage of the activity – the final. Here, anything can happen, and nothing is decided until the first team has successfully solved the final challenge of the activity!
