Our Christmas buffet naturally features all the classic favorites—herring, gravlax, and cold cuts—along with Jansson’s Temptation, meatballs, and succulent Christmas ham.
For us, it’s not just about preserving traditions, but also about elevating them. With a keen sense of taste and respect for Swedish culinary heritage, our kitchen creates flavors that feel both familiar and innovative.
An important part of our identity is our ingredients. We work closely with local producers and carefully select the best that the season has to offer. Our suppliers include Ravelsmarks Gård, Sjöarps Rökeri, and Visingsögrisen—partnerships that provide us with high-quality ingredients deeply rooted in our local community.
For us, it’s not just about the food tasting good—it should also feel good in the heart. That’s why we choose locally produced ingredients as much as possible, with consideration for quality, animal welfare, and our environment.

Throughout the season, we also offer a variety of experiences depending on when you visit us. Our family Christmas buffets on Sundays offer extra Christmas magic when Santa comes to visit with gifts for the children. Fridays and Saturdays feature live music, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere throughout your stay.
