Our menu consists of carefully chosen dishes with focus on local produce and Swedish products. Mineral water, salad buffet, bread and butter and coffee and biscuits are of course included with the lunch.

TODAY´S LUNCH
MONDAY
Chicken fillet with roasted potatoes and sesame mayonnaise as well as sky sauce and roasted vegetables.
TUESDAY
Night-baked prime rib with roasted root vegetables and smoked mayonnaise and butter beans.
WEDNESDAY
Pork side with spring onion sauce and sauté on soybeans and radish, served with mashed potatoes.
THURSDAY
Chicken quenelles flavored with tarragon, served with roasted root vegetables and buttered vegetable broth.
FRIDAY
Smoked loin of pork with shallots and parsley salsa, served with mashed potatoes flavored with creme fraiche and lemon and smoked padrons.

Steamed whitefish with caviar sauce and chopped egg, served with broccoli and boiled potatoes.
VEGETARIAN OF THE WEEK
Whole roasted cauliflower with mashed cauliflower flavored with miso, served with browned soy butter and roasted seeds and pickled red onion and sautéed sugar peas and radish.

Grilled plum with gremolata and sky sauce, served with spice-roasted potatoes and baked tomato.
FISH
Cod Classique – filleted cod with creamy egg, hand-peeled prawns and grated horseradish. Served with dill-tossed potatoes and browned butter.
VEGETARIAN
Long-baked white cabbage with browned hazelnut butter, served with parsnip puree, pickled beets and crispy buckwheat and microgreens.
