Here at Gyllene Uttern, we prepare our food using ingredients from local producers in the area, and we use only Swedish meat.
Among other things, the fruits, vegetables, and root vegetables come from our friends across the road at Ravelsmarks Gård.
At the buffet, there's something for everyone.
