Monday: Utterns potato hotchpotch

with beetroot and mustard crème.

Tuesday: Roast pork

with onion sauce and boiled potatoes.

Wednesday: Chicken fillet

with sun-dried tomato sauce and crumbled feta cheese. Served with roasted potatoes.

Thursday: Cabbage pudding

with cream sauce and boiled potatoes. Served with pickled cucumber and lingonberries.

Friday: Flank steak

with truffle mayonnaise, gravy and roasted root vegetables from Ravelsmarks Gård.

with browned buttercream sauce and boiled potatoes. Served with pickled onions and sauté of red and green Brussels sprouts.

Gnocchi

with browned butter and salt-roasted hazelnuts. Served with deep-fried brussels sprouts and topped with grated parmesan.
