Do you plan a wedding?
We have a long history of arranging weddings here at Gyllene Uttern and we have ever since we opened 1933 had the pleasure and trust to assist for this big day. With the beautiful lake Vättern and the vision of Visingsö in the background you have the perfect setting for your photographs and our fortress will make the atmosphere even more magic.
We can help with everything from arranging the day to setting the tables
We are happy to assist in helping you create your dream wedding and we´ll be by our side with all our knowledge to help inspire and guide you for this fantastic day that you will remember for the rest of your life.
You can have the ceremony in our little chapel or outside on the terrace if you want to use our premises.
If you want, we can set up the tables outside on our terrace with a fairy tale view over lake Vättern and Visingsö. This set up is perfect for 75-85 people including the head table. Inside the fortress we can offer plenty of choices for different set-ups and furniture after your request except for round tables.
Room for the party, dancing, and playroom for the children? We have the most!
We have a lot of different rooms and spaces to suit all needs – changing rooms, party and playroom for the children. A popular place for the after’s is our coffee house which you are welcome to use.
If you need sound and microphones, we have PA system for rent.
