Our menu consists of carefully chosen dishes with focus on local produce and Swedish products. Salad, bread and butter and coffee and biscuits are of course included with the lunch.

We update our menu every week according to season.

Chicken fillet with smoked romaine salad and caesar dressing,
served with roasted potatoes, grated parmesan and bacon crumbs, and pickled silver onions.

TUESDAY
Fried bacon with onion sauce, served with parsley-tossed potatoes.

WEDNESDAY
Glazed ribs with roasted pumpkin and sweet potato,
cucumber and ginger salad, and Sichaun pepper mayonnaise.

THURSDAY
Classic lasagna served with sour tomato salad, arugula and grated parmesan.

FRIDAY
Flapsteak with Gyllene Utterns’ cold béarnaise, baked tomato and fried potatoes.

FISH OF THE WEEK
Cod with egg sauce, peas and beans. Served with dill tossed potatoes

VEGETARIAN OF THE WEEK
Vegetarian lasagna with vegetable ragout,
ricotta, grated parmesan, and dressed salad.
