Our menu consists of carefully chosen dishes with focus on local produce and Swedish products. Mineral water, salad buffet, bread and butter and coffee and biscuits are of course included with the lunch.

We update our menu according to season.

TUESDAY

“Raggmunk” (potato patties) with fried pork and sugar-stirred lingonberries.

WEDNESDAY

Classic lasagna with béchamel and arugula.

“Wallenberger” (minced meat patties) with clarified butter and mashed potatoes, served with green peas and sugar-stirred lingonberries.

FRIDAY

Pork Schnitzel with caper flavoured butter and gravy, served with roasted potatoes.
